1. Eligibility

OnTopSocial does not require a Trendy account. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate payment information when completing checkout.

2. How OnTopSocial works

• You may select an existing listing to add to its total, or search a supported network and select a new public profile.
• A bid is added only after Stripe confirms payment. Pending, failed, cancelled and expired payments do not affect rank.
• Paid bid amounts accumulate for each profile. Higher cumulative totals rank first; when totals are equal, the profile that reached the total earlier remains ahead.
• Rankings can change whenever another user places a successful bid. Buying a bid does not guarantee a position for any minimum period, traffic volume, clicks, followers or business result.

3. Charges and refunds

The exact one-time amount is shown before you enter Stripe Checkout. By completing payment, you authorize that charge. Because a paid bid immediately changes a public cumulative ranking, payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where Trendy confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge.

4. Profiles and acceptable use

You may promote only public profiles. Placing a bid does not claim ownership of, affiliation with, sponsorship by or control over that profile. You must not use OnTopSocial to impersonate others, mislead users, manipulate payments, promote unlawful or abusive material, probe the service, automate abusive traffic or infringe another person’s rights.

5. Moderation and availability

Trendy may refuse, hide or remove listings, suspend bidding, correct obvious data errors, investigate fraudulent transactions, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or the service. We may change or discontinue OnTopSocial and do not promise uninterrupted availability.

6. Intellectual property

Trendy owns OnTopSocial software, design and branding. Social profile names, images and platform marks belong to their respective owners. Public profile information is displayed for identification and linking and does not imply endorsement by a social network or profile owner.

7. Disclaimers and liability

OnTopSocial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trendy is not responsible for third-party profiles, external social platforms, Stripe outages, expired third-party data before a profile is selected, or outcomes from a placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Contact contact@heytrendy.app with payment or service questions. We may revise these terms and will post the updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
