1. Information we collect

• Public social profile data you search for or select, such as platform, public identifier, username, display name, biography, follower count and a cached copy of the public profile image.
• Bid and ranking records, including amount, currency, payment state, payment identifiers, listing totals, timestamps and aggregated profile-link visits.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Trendy does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe may process payment, billing and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.

3. How we use information

• To find the public profile you choose, create or update its OnTopSocial listing, confirm payment and calculate its rank.
• To cache public avatars in our managed object storage so temporary provider links do not break the leaderboard.
• To secure the service, detect misuse, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.
• To understand aggregate use of listings and profile links without selling personal information.

4. Sharing and processors

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Trendy and OnTopSocial, such as Stripe for payments, cloud infrastructure and object storage providers, logging and security providers, and professional advisers where necessary. Public listing information and paid totals are visible to anyone who visits OnTopSocial.

5. Retention and security

We keep bid, payment and ranking records for as long as needed to maintain the cumulative leaderboard, resolve disputes, meet accounting obligations and protect the service. We use access controls, signed webhook verification and transactional payment processing, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Some payment and ranking records may need to be retained where required by law or to preserve transaction integrity. Contact contact@heytrendy.app to make a request.
